Atlanta's Pick 14: Hurston Waldrip
Atlanta selects Hurston Waldrip with the 24th overall pick. I could very easily see Waldrip just never making it as a starting pitcher and pro ball due to command issues but also kind of making a bit of a bet on Atlanta's ability to develop. If Atlantic and fix his control I think he could be the second best pitcher from this class. He did walk six guys in his last outing but I like that he was doing it against good competition. And he's got a chance for three plus or maybe even you know a couple double plus pitches.
