The Different Perspectives of the Bible

The Bible is not just an individual matter it wasn't just individuals who decided they were going to write a book or whatever. They grew out of a living community and they took shape within that community. The key for us then is how do we sometimes recover voices that are often lost or we ignore because of certain perspectives we bring to the text? I think that's the set of challenges we face in reading these texts.
