Aquinas's Morality of Rules and Virtues

For Aquinas, the virtues we are able to identify them because of their actions. Action is embedded in the very heart of his virtuality. So judging from the content of Schneilens' account, Aquinas' moral vision doesn't compute. It would have to be a virtue ethics that is an action-centered ethics.
