The Importance of Channels of Communication in a Talent Development Environment
Channels of communication have to be there in order for athletes and parents to feel comfortable within these environments. I think the main thing and on top of that as well is working towards alignment in that environment as well. That definitely leads to a more effective talent development environment. There's probably a good work on there out there. Like, look at Jamie Taney's work, for example, on that sort of stuff.
