The Market's Expectation of a Soft Landing
I don't think there's any evidence in normal indicators and also the alternative data that we track aggressively every day that the economy is about to tip in any dramatic way. A lot of financial market participants and a lot of economic agents have actually been very well behaved in the last 10 years. We haven't built up so many excesses. And that means that even the interest rate sensitive sectors such as the housing market is not doing terribly, like we're not as hot as we were a year and a half ago.
