The Misinterpretation of the Santa's Statement
CNN's John Avlon says Santa was trying to be both isolationist and non-interventionist in his comments on Ukraine. Avlon: "He realizes that he cleaned it up in this peers Morgan interview and said, you know, it was misinterpreted" But the real problem wasn't laying out a robust isolationist position but sounding more like an America First type of person who doesn't support foreign intervention or military action against other countries. The president should have gone further than just saying 'we need to knock down these things,' Avlon writes.
