Is There Any Doubt in the 6 Justices?
CNN's John Sutter says the Supreme Court is no longer a 5-4 court. He says Roberts, Kavanaugh and Barrett stake out positions that are somewhere in between those two blocks. The other 5 Republicans don't care as much about how they get there, he says; they just want to get there fast. "The litigants are also asking for cases where conservative litigants aren't going to work," Sutter adds.
