In a perfect world, how would you best spend an extra dollar and do amazing good? We actually, one of them, and you mentioned that land, 10 year security. That is actually about changing the ownership structure. If you don't know if you own it in five years from now, are you really going to put in a new kitchen? This is a little bit sort of a first world way of talking about the first third world living. And so what we're suggesting isone of the solutions is that you should have more land and security.
