The Importance of Validation in Lean Startup
The takeaway is to take the most important risk and then try to be created with how you tested it faster, cheaper way. So we made it a point with a book to not just focus on customer experimentation. And so what we ended up finding out was that's more of a validation type experiment. But also, are you trying to validate something or are you more trying to discover?
