The Importance of Content Design in the NHS
I think what's happened is that often content processes or, you know, information process start by being princess. Then you have the introduction of digital. What happens is that you don't think about digital as being a completely different format and a different way of presenting content. You haven't really invested in kind of content design. But now that's a real discipline. That's a real skill that we need to recognize more and more across the organization,. particularly in the NHS when you're dealing with really complex content.
