The Connection Between Glucose Spikes and Mental Health
There's obviously a mental health epidemic right now. I think people are looking for answers, they're looking for help and that's one thing someone can implement if that helps them. So you have sort of short-term effects and long-term effects. And the study shows us that too many glucose spikes lead to more depressive and anxious symptoms in people who suffer for mental health problems. The idea is that you can flatten them at least a little bit and reap a lot of benefits for your health.
