How Does the MPI Measure Performance?
The MPI is an estimate of our activities, and better describe how they relate to the outcomes that we seek. It's somewhat similar to a frequent flyer mile program, right, or a cash rewards or credit card reward program which converts some abstract concepts into numerical value. The MPI can be used internally externally, can can be used as a compliment or supplementary tool to performance review process. And I think it has various different uses potentially.
