On demand labor feels similar to like, you know, just in time or something like that. Do you see parallels between these two concepts? We're sort of doing the same thing. I do think that we have an opportunity to sort of rethink high junk in level loading. How do we react in real time with our customer needs and the orders that are coming in? And when we can tie labor to the incoming orders, you can optimize cost. You can really reduce those lead times.
