I believe that 80% to 85% of profits you can make while trading are from basically being exposed to what an economist would call a risk factor. But then there's an additional 10% to 15%, which can come from people call it alpha, secret source,. These risk factors are very well known. And the good thing is, as the saying goes, it's nickels on the sidewalk. You don't need any special skill or research or the information's out there.
