What Is the Quote Unquote Ideal Breath?

An ideal breath is breathing in line with your metabolic needs. If you ever want to decrease stress, really relax a lot more, you would increase your exhalations. I found an exercise that works good for me is to breathe into a count of about five to six seconds and breathe out to that same count. And do this for five minutes, 10 minutes a day.
