The more diversity of experiences you have, the better you are at matching with what your athletes need and how to shift them. I've learned so much from the people in the scholar program sharing their, their ideas. And it's like they have a very open plate mindset versus look at those other coaches,. The command and control, the secretive, the like me versus the world coaches... It's a zero sum game and only one person can be a king of the hill. Those people tend to get results, but they don't last.
