One is a mind set. To say, look, we are doing this together and working on it together. On a more tactical level, i've found setting up recurring meetings has been superhelpful. And then also, of course, when wrapping up a call, it's superimportant. I tell my team this all the time, please leave five to ten minutes at the endIt's a 30 minute meeting, because there are questions that come up. If you go off line in your train to coordinate multiple calendars, it's just a freaky nightmare.
