Foundation Training for Back and Glute Problems
If you have a lack of control in the back any glute, what would you typically prescribe to those athletes? Well, it kind of depends on why that's the case. So if there's someone that sits a lot, it's likely they're back mechanics and their lower back mechanics aren't fully functioning. There's a video on YouTube called Foundation Training by Eric Goodman. And it's possibly the most beneficial 10 minutes of any exercise you will ever see. If you're a sitter, it is an absolute guarantee you need it.
