Jared: It is really painful watching two days of user research on a single user journey and to see the same thing over and over and over again. After that afterwards, you leave with a deep sort of soulful feeling that you have to go and change this thing. So I think what you're doing with dark patterns is really good and really useful for the whole industry. And so nice to have you here in Stockholm as well.
