The union movement has had to deal with people who have hesitations about the vaccine or conspiracy theories. I've got to good friends who both their parents have fallen down this holl one's a teacher, ones a doctor. And then they found out fell out conspiracy thery hols. They felt they had a truth that was not shared with the rest of the world - so why didn't they tell their loved ones? We're going to see conflicts in worksites where people are saying, well, i'm vaccinated, but youare unvaccinated, and i don't feel safe working with you.
