The Challenge Is to Change the News Model

I was just attending a Google conference that's happening at the Obera Hotel in Delhi right now and all the news organizations are there. I mean, people are kind of figuring out the news model and it is evolving. It's a completely new space. We grew to this using a particular strategy of attracting people to subscribe. The next 10,000, we have to do a very different strategy. That is a constant like legacy media. Once you had your sales team, everything in place, that is how it is.
