What Are Boundaries?

The first step is to define the boundary. This includes a self assessment where we begin to witness ourself in the world as we engage in relationships. Do we know our own personal limits for our physical body, for our emotional selves? And if not, where can we begin to create some new limits so that we can feel safer to express our needs in the world?
