The Effects of Fructose on Health

Most of the sugar and fruit I think is fructose which a lot of processed food is sucrose and glucose. And those are actually processed differently and have different life. So not only is the water and fiber impacting how that food's adjusted the majority is fructose, we don't have as strong of correlations when it comes to negative health outcomes as we do for sucrose.
