The Dot Com Bust

CNN's John Sutter asks: Did the early part of 2022 look like the dot com bust? He says there were clear winners that emerged from it, but you couldn't really tell who those winners would be at the time. It took years for Amazon to become Amazon and a while for people to be like, ah, pet.com, us pets.com. And so I do think that some of the immediate speculative excess got wrong out of the marketVery hard and very fast and very painfully for a lot of people involved.
