When people talk about the harms of seed oils and poleon saturated fats in particular, i see them point to a few single, random ized, controlled trials. So if you look at large meta analyses of all the available trials that did substitutions of saturated fat for other foods, you see that the overall effect is towards benefit with more unsaturated forms of fat.
