It's not like Todd Rungren was fighting with the Viet Cong in this period. He was just in his studio goofing around and it got really irritated that John Lennon was not personally tying himself to universities until they stopped cooperating with the army or something. It's a very weird feud he had. I remember encountering this letter when I was researching my book and I was reading every minute, Melie Maker Ever. JL. Who is this guy? He's funny. Bravo.
