Connectivity in DAOs

The connections that we have with one another, the relationships, it does a few things that are really important. In the early days where it's really fluid and emergent, that trust and that cohesion keeps us together even when there are disagreements. And so many, it's really why so many of these efforts ultimately fail. They don't have that foundation of relationships to fall back on when things get tough or when there's disagreements. So trust, I think is for me, it's the most important ingredient in this work.
