Having a stronger neck does reduce concussion risk in those sports where a hetrama is not as severe. If head impacts ore intense enough, maybe it's not going to make that big of a difference. But also, like improving your general awareness in reaction times, should work energistically with having a stronger neck to reduce your concussion risk. And the last question i'd love to hear about modifying programming based on coloric intake - whether volume, intensity or frequency should be titrated based on whether one is cutting or balking.
