I always talk about starting with really understanding the problem and knowing that's, you know, nine tenths of the issue is really knowing the problem we're trying to solve. If you try to solve the wrong problem, then the entire exercises is pointless. Do you have any tips for people as they go through a process of trying to understand the real problem?
