What Is Sopher Versus LIBOR?

All of you West debt will now be indexed to Sopher. LIBOR as an instrument will lose all of its liquidity by middle of next year. SoFR is the Fed's funds rate, independent of whatever happens with LIBor. But at some point, it's going to rise above that because the actual money market's for under stress.
