You can't lead others effectively until you lead yourself. The key is to know who we are through self awareness, which comes from reflection and having people around your truth tellers. And then I think the next thing you have to do, it took me a while to do this, to be honest Greg, is to find your sweet spot. Your sweet spot's that place where you have a role that's playing to your strengths and you're highly motivated by it.
