"i was in san francisco a week and a half ago, and i went into wallogreens to pick up a toilet tree. And then someone robbed the wallegreens while i was there," he says. "And it was just, I was looking around at everyone being like, so this is happening now and then." He adds that San Francisco's police don't prosecute smaller crimes such as carjackings or robberies because they're not considered serious enough. 'You don't punish murders and the harshest, most strict crimes,' writes O'Brien.
