The idea of slowing down to improve how we get things done is really important. Brain research is revealing just how well we can, we can be with our productivity if we even take these micro brakes and do some things within environment. We're tricking the brain, using the fact that we haven't evolved as fast as our technology. It's still scared of tigers. And so we're using that for our advantage to then have hyper focus when we're working.
