Is There a Seasonal Component to Solar Production?

The ANU study shows that even using existing demand, we have a winter problem. We end up with shortfalls all through the latter half of autumn and through most of winter - not every night, but just a lot of nights. And so yes, that is clearly, as we switch from more gas heating towards electric heating, that problem will be happening.
