I think the most generous interpretation of political correctness from my perspective is that it's an unspoken decision to focus on solidarity around a singular message. I've seen in building businesses that cycles like this can be healthy. It does warm my heart to see our community come together around a sort of collective empathy about the challenge of the African-American experience in this country.
