Am, brace yourself for some gross generalization. You know, there's healthy, er and more unhealthy versions of all these things and models than we're talking about. And you know, you caund even take our suggestions and make incredibly unhealthy versions of them. M so we're talking very generally here. Am with, ye, with a lot of people, nd even in my own experience and in this world, is just this su sense of am ministers been completely overwhelmed by the burden of responsibility. It's a mass of emount of emotional burden for anyone to carry.
