A parrot was trying to put out a forest fire by dunking himself in the river. A great eagle flew alongside and said, you know, this is a forest fire. And he watched her closely with just such nobility that his heart cracked open even more. The sky broke into a great storm because when the gods weep, the clouds weep with them.
