How Much of a Cryptocurrency Is Staked?
The percentage of any coin or token that's being staked is a fairly robust measure of whether people are hoddling or planning to sell. This metric can be easily tracked using the chain explorer for that particular crypto currency. Using cardano as an example, you can see that 70 % of ada's supply is being staked - about the same as what it's been for the last few months. So if you hold ada, pay very close attention to this metric.
