The Hobbit by Brian Sibley on the Prancing Pony Podcast
Brian Sibley is the writer behind BBC Radio 4's adaptation of The Lord of the Rings. He first discovered Tolkien when he was 11 or 12 years old, but didn't read it until after a stint in hospital where he needed to stay awake during bed rest. After being rejected by the BBC for his previous projects Brian wrote 13 episodes with Michael Bakewell who'd previously done War and Peace on radio. We hope this will not be our last interview with Brian!
