Do we know our customers well I think that when you start looking at that okay do we make assumptions or do we actually based on the like the qualitative and quantitative data. That's maybe one of the easy thing are we really discussing what the customer experience me and what is the state at the moment we want to go? If not then we don't probably know what our customers are actually doing although we might have the data there away love you so it's also that do we make these things tons people visible something that we are discussed are we discussing this topic or not, he says.
