16 weeks is a long time to train. The idea of taking that sort of step back week is to almost reset your body, freshen up a little bit ready to go again for the next four weeks. And actually for us women menstrual cycle four weeks, like if you can try and get your your menstrual cycle in sync with your periodization,. That's fantastic.
