The financing is down, but for all these Chinese companies, they are still very eager to continue to work in Africa. I think that right now we are just experiencing technical adjustments in terms of how China is going to continue to finance major infrastructure projects in Africa. So by adding overall the willingness still there, interest still there from the Chinese companies' point of view, economic interest, they still want to work in Europe and North America. And so it would take a few years for the industry of and for Chinese financial institutions to figure out and hopefully they will be able to do something.
