How Are the Beauty Standards in Japan Different From Men?

Beauty standards in Japan are definitely more strict, is that the word? I feel like they're really forced to be extremely skinny. As for things like dyed hair, lots of people dye their hair here. Students aren't allowed to do it at all. And I've heard stories of like half children having a dark black hair and having a diet black when it's their natural hair color. Let's call that out for it. Shitty behavior by school.
