i thinks there's a touch of maturity in actually embracing drills, whether or not its artificial. The other way of looking at drills is like shadowing. Having more people just listening and see what's happening sometimes helps e understand how i would go about solving this. So y think it's a mixture of drills and a shadowing maybe that could work in teams.
