How to Gain Respect From Older People

When you become a leader, they do not work for you. You work for them. And so what I did is I rebuilt that Houston team and the way I did it is I had to lead from the front. My goal was to make sure every single man or woman on my team was so successful in making more money than they ever made in their entire life. Because I was working so hard to make them successful while they were watching me handle my own business at the same time, they had no other choice but to respect me because I was filling their pockets up.
