After my book came up in 2014, the first two, a year and a half or so, it was quiet. And then I started getting phone calls from CEOs of large companies like even Walmart. Some of them asked me could you help us? And my response oftentimes was, well, I have a job, I'm with a consultant... But Roger Martin said if you really want to make a difference, you have to work with companies. So he's the chair of our Good job Institute, we started this together. Our mission is to help companies thrive by creating good jobs.
