Jim Crowley is CEO of BNY Mellon Pershing, the third largest custodian in the RA space. The company has more than 7 million investor accounts, 2 trillion in global assets. He says there's no reason for clients not to adopt a digital form as they get their statements and confirmations out digitally. "We cut down 24,000 trees in 2022 to deliver paper statements," he said.
