Having Clear Priorities in Triaging

I think having clarity about priorities can help and that's something that's really challenging and difficult when everyone's going to say their work is number one right. Everything is like a blocker number one for those folks so it's definitely getting discussions going about understanding a kind of a rank order as much as possible. There may be folks or initiatives that do have to slip or get pushed out hopefully it's not the end of the world but there are times when all the trains running the station and you just got to say it's stopped to one of them.
