Cupping in a Program Called Crop Stir
You do cupping in their lab with your staff and you record all those scores for your cuppings in a program called crop stir. You did some homework and looked at some scores because you just wanted to get an idea of what coffee was like when it was being made. So far this year and the season started early this year so we cut through like I think I found like 400 you know like inputs already this year in our system now and we have like 87.36 on average.
