This is absurd. I'm amazed it passed. It's facially unconstitutional according to the current jurisprudence of the Supreme Court. There was a case in 1980 called Stone versus Graham that was about Kentucky making it this exact same order. The founders were very clear on the fact that there was don't going to be no state sanctioned faith, right? This wasn't just James Madison talking about the separation of churches state.
